Bookings

Mobile bookings must be paid by cash or cheque at time of treatment.

Large group booking require a 50% deposit by money order or direct deposit.

Arrival Time

Your therapist will arrive up to 15 minutes before the beginning of your treatment, please ensure you are ready for their arrival.

What To Wear

Please be freshly showered, wearing something that is relaxing and comfortable for you.

If You Are Late to Your Appointment

Unfortunately if you arrive late it will shorten your treatment time. Should your therapist be late they will complete the full time of treatment booked.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation of your booking date and time within any 48 hour period prior will forfeit your 50% deposit. For Bookings of 6+ Clients, we require more than 7 (seven) days advice of cancellation. Cancellation within 7 days will result in forfeit of your 50% deposit.

Alcohol & Illicit Substances

We do recommend that NO alcohol or other illicit substances be consumed prior to any massage or therapy. Your therapist may refuse to treat you should you be suspected of being under the influence of any alcohol or illicit substances, as their presence in your system in conjunction with certain therapies is a medical contraindication.

Gift Vouchers

All treatments are available to purchase as a Gift Voucher. A personalised Gift Voucher can be sent to the recipient to then be booked at their leisure. All vouchers are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
